Your profile is how teammates and prospects identify you, and your notification settings decide how quickly you hear about a new contact. Getting both right means nothing falls through the cracks.

Tip

Install the HubSpot mobile app and sign in. You can respond to a new contact from the car park between meetings.

Do not turn everything off

It is tempting to silence notifications, but contact assignment and task reminders should always stay on. A missed new contact alert is a missed sale.
