Connect your work email

Connecting your UBH email lets you send messages to prospects directly from HubSpot and automatically logs every reply on the contact record. Without it, your conversations stay hidden in your inbox and the team cannot see where a prospect stands.

How to do it

Open email settings in HubSpot

Tip

Always connect the same email address you use with prospects. If you have an alias, connect the primary mailbox first — aliases follow automatically.

Heads up

Do not connect a personal Gmail or home email account. Only your UBH work mailbox should be connected to HubSpot.

Once connected, turn on inbox automation so that replies log without extra clicks.
