Install the HubSpot Outlook add-in

The add-in puts HubSpot inside Outlook. You can log an email to the CRM, see a prospect's history and book a meeting without leaving your inbox — which is where most of your day already happens.

How to do it

Open email settings in HubSpot

Tip

If you use both the Outlook desktop app and Outlook on the web, install the add-in once. Microsoft syncs it to both automatically.

Common mistake

Installing the older HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop plug-in instead of the add-in causes duplicate logging. Use the add-in from Microsoft AppSource only.
